Reiki Energy Healing

In order to provide the optimal service for our clients and students we ask that you read through and abide by our policies prior to booking an appointment or registering for a class or workshop. If you booked a phone session we will call you at the appropriate time. If you booked a Zoom session, you will receive a link prior to your appointment time. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment you automatically forfeit that appointment time and will not be refunded. 

All sessions require the permission of the recipient in order for the session to take place. In rare emergency cases, such as an individual is incapacitated, or unable to give their verbal permission due to health or mental reasons, a session may still take place depending on the circumstances. 

For missing person cases, Francie is able to work only with immediate family or law enforcement. 

You must be 18 or older in order to book an appointment or to sign up for a class or workshop otherwise you must get permission from a parent or guardian. 

Remote Sessions: We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel in order to receive a full refund. This will ensure enough time for other clients to book that missed time spot. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance of your session then you will not receive a refund. No exceptions.  

In-person Sessions: We require a minimum of 72 hours to cancel in order to receive a full refund. This will ensure enough time for other clients to book that missed time spot. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 72 hours in advance of your session then you will not receive a refund. No exceptions.  

Classes and Workshops:  For any class or workshop we require a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice. No refunds will be given for any reason if the registration is not cancelled prior to 72 hours to the class start time. This will allow other students on waiting lists to make arrangements to attend. No exceptions.

We understand that emergencies due occur so if you are unable to make your appointment or class due to an emergency then Francie Soito, at her sole discretion, will determine if a refund can be granted.

Qualified Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of cancellation. Times may vary given your financial institution.

Non-refundable prepayment via Square is required for all appointments, sessions and classes. If you are unable to use Square for any reason you may call our office to prepay using a major credit card at 408-946-1981. 

We take your privacy seriously. None of your personally identifiable information will be shared with external companies, individuals or firms. All sessions, classes and workshops are kept confidential. 

Discount codes can be applied at time of booking. Only one discount can be used at a time, offers cannot be combined.  

Military personnel active and retired receive a 10% discount with code MILITARY. Code does not apply to family members.
